The time of job is 7:30 am to 9 pm... And it will only increase... But no freedom for self - development.... No senior will help you to learn anything.... Only they talk is about work . Nothing job security, work culture is very poor, Management is like very bad politics, Company policy may have been in the head office but there is nothing on the Site .

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
