No job related training, management team is busy to gain there personal intrest. No career growth opportunity & salary hike is also not satisfied.

The management is so poor quality. The . They torture employee. To fulfill the target. If u die to covid 19 die but the company count late. If u late by traveling by bus. of this covid pandemic situation.they cut salary. The management is not good.

I like the process of production in my company. Engraving is very interesting technology to learn about that. It has very high quality engravers.Very good bonus amount.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Managers dont value an individuals unique strengths, this is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I can't talk about facts or can't talk logically, only just follow the process.
