No, company is not good for working beacuse the is no job security. There is a bad environment management

I like the process of production in my company. Engraving is very interesting technology to learn about that. It has very high quality engravers.Very good bonus amount.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Managers dont value an individuals unique strengths, this is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I can't talk about facts or can't talk logically, only just follow the process.
