Those who have been working for a long time, their promotion growth is a bit slow. The work pressure is almost right compare to other company.

Dislikes

Jamnagar PV solar project is in very poor condition as very bad work culture.Only 3-4 old age people who are at age of retirement is Controlling everything .No one care your hard work .

Dislikes

...crement, promotion. 12 hrs work in a day is normal at site level for all 7 days.We haven't get holidays or extra pay for Sunday duty. Management doesn't addresses Junior level staffs issues.Most of the seniors always denies to give Holidays.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
