Those who have been working for a long time, their promotion growth is a bit slow. The work pressure is almost right compare to other company.

Jamnagar PV solar project is in very poor condition as very bad work culture.Only 3-4 old age people who are at age of retirement is Controlling everything .No one care your hard work .

Carrier Growth is slow, Take three years for promotion and duty period 8 to 8 , sunday leave alternative.

...crement, promotion. 12 hrs work in a day is normal at site level for all 7 days.We haven't get holidays or extra pay for Sunday duty. Management doesn't addresses Junior level staffs issues.Most of the seniors always denies to give Holidays.
