...ation where they are not required & ultimately juniors has to do the extra job. Very limited leaves, no bonus, little appreciation for new people. Company is good for diploma/degree holders, but PG people think twice before joining.

...crement, promotion. 12 hrs work in a day is normal at site level for all 7 days.We haven't get holidays or extra pay for Sunday duty. Management doesn't addresses Junior level staffs issues.Most of the seniors always denies to give Holidays.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good. appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salari is decent but career growth is slow

Compensation to employee not as per their skill and job undertaken but as per average salary structure of all employees.
