...ecific reason. They don't even getting projects, specially there oil and gas BU. After doing forceful resignation they don't even giving experience certificate and salary slip. HR block you after suddenly sending me reliving letter. The higher management of oil and gas BU are really very egoistic people, they can't handle anything and blame there trainees engineer for there company loss or there slow pace of work. Very bad working culture, toxic culture. Varun jaweri, Trupti Karche, Ramanathan, Pandurang etc I worked with them but they are very egoistic people I ever seen in my life. I myself is M.Tech NIT Surat and IIM Lucknow call converted person and they don't value such valuable candidates. Please don't join, in learning also you will not learn anything special here.

Opportunity to work abroad is the only thing that I like.

...ation where they are not required & ultimately juniors has to do the extra job. Very limited leaves, no bonus, little appreciation for new people. Company is good for diploma/degree holders, but PG people think twice before joining.

Salary on time, training programs for employees, work life balance and Welfare

Working culture, seniors are selfish people they are more interested to their personal goals and growth, biased decision with sincere new employees

Here, Afcons is not company, it's Like House. Everyone is helping minded. The culture is Good. There's no Bond

Career Growths is moderate, Salary not sufficient. Top Management does not identify your Skills and not The appraisals also Moderate.
