...ation where they are not required & ultimately juniors has to do the extra job. Very limited leaves, no bonus, little appreciation for new people. Company is good for diploma/degree holders, but PG people think twice before joining.

Good construction company in India, Good facilities provided to the employees, Salary and appraisal on time, Good culture, Good Work life balance, Management are supportive.

Carrier Growth is slow, Take three years for promotion and duty period 8 to 8 , sunday leave alternative.

...crement, promotion. 12 hrs work in a day is normal at site level for all 7 days.We haven't get holidays or extra pay for Sunday duty. Management doesn't addresses Junior level staffs issues.Most of the seniors always denies to give Holidays.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good. appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salari is decent but career growth is slow
