1. Timing is very strict like school from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM 2. Salary not on time one month salary credited after the two months. 3. Roaming one site to another by the bike high chances for the accidents. 4. Management is very lull. 5. No facilities is provided according to the AFCONS POLICY. 6. No work culture. 7. No life balance between work and home.

...ecific reason. They don't even getting projects, specially there oil and gas BU. After doing forceful resignation they don't even giving experience certificate and salary slip. HR block you after suddenly sending me reliving letter. The higher management of oil and gas BU are really very egoistic people, they can't handle anything and blame there trainees engineer for there company loss or there slow pace of work. Very bad working culture, toxic culture. Varun jaweri, Trupti Karche, Ramanathan, Pandurang etc I worked with them but they are very egoistic people I ever seen in my life. I myself is M.Tech NIT Surat and IIM Lucknow call converted person and they don't value such valuable candidates. Please don't join, in learning also you will not learn anything special here.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and bonus every year.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issuse.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of two years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.
