...ll scold you which will make you feel uncomfortable to apply for leave again. 3.low salary, a 2 years experienced python and react developers earn 20k, they hire freshers at low salary and asks them to work as a 2 years of experienced person. 4.No job security, they don't even care about employees. 5.They expect you to work like a robot they will force you to come on Saturday. 6.No matter how much u work, they will tell u we are not satisfied with your work and they will make u feel low, they will put this thing in your mind that u will loose your job (They will do this by thinking if we make him scared then he will work more) 7.Worst work culture. 8. If they don't not have sufficient space in office for a new employee, they will terminate someone to clear some space, and CEO himself tells this to the employees to make them scared and he did this thing so many times.

Worst decision of my life is to join this company, Developer has to test developer has to develop, developer has to complete 7 days of task in 2 days and their project manager is horrible, no work life balance, worst ceo worst management they will scold you if work is not done in front of everyone please don't join here.

Dislikes

They don't provide notice period, fires the employee on spot and asks to leave company within minutes. Working culture is very bad. CEO is so rude. There is no perks of we asks for it they say as performance is not good. They make us work like robots. There are very less casual leaves and no sick leave. They will make us work overtime but no over time pay for it.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
