...e is no work life balance. Admin is also known to the issue but they won't help. Salary decent but career growth is not as per expectations.

As it is a central govt and autonomous body it has it own rules in security...people after completion of their contract period outside opportunities and growth is good.

The contract period for the outsource people is 3-4 years.. the salary from date of joining to date of surrender is same...that is according to the govt policies...this is the one and only drawback ...politics is usual everywhere in working atmosphere...

...t we people work till 7.30 PM as it is compulsory for all employees in this Lab. Salary is decent. Good field to work and grow with.

The only thing I dislike about this company is long working hours. Rest all things are quite satisfactory

Fresher can work here just for working experience. As they take candidate on contract basis for one year. Dont stay more than one year.

Knowledge will increase towards aircraft.They will give request time to understand and working of fuel and transfer of fuel from one tank to another tank in aircraft. Study of AAR Refuelling Probe, Drouge light and probe light..etc...,
