Its a good organization for people who are self driven, can establish network with people in and outside office.

Dislikes

Internal politics is extreme, salary is not upto market standard, apprasial are immensely poor and not transparent. All depends on your boss and HR has no role to play beyond being Yes Man to DSGs and above.

...ence good work environment and culture company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot policies and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow On the job training is not given to new joinees

Opportunity to work with various industrial sectors and Government Departments. Responsibility with freedom of taking decisions to execute the work. Flexibility in transferring to State offices on request.

Dislikes

Compensation and appraisals are average. Interdepartmental interactions and HR is weak .

Nothing because they hire candidates as temperary staff but wouldn't pay their salary either on time or sometime even refuse to pay. Skipping from their responsibility by transferring it on others.

I would not suggest anybody to work their because once your job is done they even recognise you and wouldn't pay. It depends on team also in which you are working.

now after 6 years i dnt think it is safe to work here. mentally you deal a lot here

they have favoritism. They harass employess mentally . work pressure on one person is too much another one who is favorite is going home on time. office affairs...and if someone speak about their rights they harrass them by finding ways..
