Believe me there's nothing to like about this company work culture! It's a hell looking heaven in the first couple of days. Soon you'll realise you need to lik the boots to stay!

Basically it's a LaLa type company where boss is always right. He doesnt care for the company growth, employee growth and nothing but they focus on the back bitchhing mostly. Starting from buttering the Owner and sick politics of the employees nothing is about the work here. Mr Bikram need to get checked twice a week from psychologist about his ambitions. He doesnt know what he needs but keep forgeting things and when an employee who is equipped with lots of tasks forgets a single task he start harassing him as the worst employee in the house. He needs to grow up. He has created such a sick environment in the workplace that hate is everywhere and no teamwork at all.

This is not a company, this is just like an old factory. They don't treat you well. The owner is and the environment is really toxic. No one from the management treats you well. Mainly Rikkee, the director, the top management and almost everything makes you feel sick! Totally bad experience working over there.

Toxic working environment. Owner himself involved in politics to demotivate employees. This is not a professional company, this is a small DUKAAN. The owner behave like employees are slave or servent. Not a safe workplace.

I have joined this company in previous year and in 2 months my senior executive is very harsh and rude with me which is handling online purchases of company of Delhi branch . She had started torturing me and also demotivate me mentally harassed blaming allegations all the time in front of other seniors . She also shouts without a reason if there is mistake or Lil mistake will be there as she was expecting to work like her junior executive working their since 4 years. She can see the people who come forward those who are working under her . Even insults me everytime.

I wish I could like anything about them except they offer free drinks occassionally to cover their arrogance.

Dislikes

All the Employees are either working for some impulsion or some family problem or else no one could tolerate such an arrogant, egoistic, self claimed Gods owners. They make you feel like you would have died without their mercy. They are just a group of crooks and scoundrls. Never even scrap your life for a single day working at this helll.
