It is really fun to work in Aeroaids Corporation and it's a huge place to learn. Those who put negative reviews, are the ones who are not able to deliver as expected from the salaries they take. I was also a bit skeptical about joining Aeroaids after reading reviews, but they seem all false when in worked there! Its really a good company to work in and i left with loads of learning.

Dislikes

There is nothing much to dislike, unless you are not able to justify the salary being paid to you. I worked well and didn't have any complaint. Left the company for a better salary in my career.

It was great opportunity for me to work here. I never wanted to leave this organisation. But had to go to abroad for better career. I must say this is very good organisation for potential employees. Work-life balance is good.

Toxic working environment. Owner himself involved in politics to demotivate employees. This is not a professional company, this is a small DUKAAN. The owner behave like employees are slave or servent. Not a safe workplace.

I have joined this company in previous year and in 2 months my senior executive is very harsh and rude with me which is handling online purchases of company of Delhi branch . She had started torturing me and also demotivate me mentally harassed blaming allegations all the time in front of other seniors . She also shouts without a reason if there is mistake or Lil mistake will be there as she was expecting to work like her junior executive working their since 4 years. She can see the people who come forward those who are working under her . Even insults me everytime.

I wish I could like anything about them except they offer free drinks occassionally to cover their arrogance.

Dislikes

All the Employees are either working for some impulsion or some family problem or else no one could tolerate such an arrogant, egoistic, self claimed Gods owners. They make you feel like you would have died without their mercy. They are just a group of crooks and scoundrls. Never even scrap your life for a single day working at this helll.
