...ect.. this Company project duration is 3 months after that they have no Project. After that they don't provide salary...if you are fresher or experience please don't come this company ... after releave this company, it's too different to get job... Please Don't Come this Company 🙏

No stability , Not recommended to join anyone If stable in your exiting job, Do not change for some of minor financial gain, You will be in position of again for searching a job after 06 month,Doesn't matter however hardworking or experienced you are, This is rotation culture of this company , So again ,If you are stable , Pls do not join this company ,Else after 6-8 month you will be major trouble.

Every thing is worst in this company. For ex. Worst working environment, Top level management fighting each other, Zero benefits for Employees, Salary not given on time (In every month), Even most of the employees paying work expenses from own pockets, etc. Its a long list.

overall, very good experience in this organization I will learn new thing and faces new challenges which i didn't face before I hope may this organization keep growing and give service many years

Bigger issue is salary is not credit on given time the salary date fluctuated every month hence the recursion is face to employee and same with convenes too

They will not pay for one week work,if we asked they will tell it will be credited in your next month salary,that next month will won't come and our salary will not credited.managment is worst no response nothing.if we tag higher person also they don't care,I think they distribute themselves of our salary.
