Ontime salary

Dislikes

Everything other than ontime salary is comes under dislikes, totally client oriented & non trustworthy company. Nobody's there to support you. Company Officials & Client Targets you in everything. I have worked in building construction, highways & bridges and oil & gas but never seen this type of unethical company. They fire you whenever they want. Worst place to work. I will give -ve stars if possible.

AECOM India is a good company because of timely salary (month end). IT base system and leave policy is so nice. Company’s working culture depended upon staff’s working background. So many factors are there like sometimes site location, project cost, senior’s mindset and their management. For QS engineer and post graduate engineer, Survey engineer there is a good chance to get post in permanent cadre.
