There's nothing specific to like about AdWeb. No diwali celebration no bonus. They are good at "fooling" around. That's the best thing I like about them.

Everything about AdWeb. Especially the toxic culture. Management keeps the eye on your movement. Lack of interest in employees hardwork. No increment. Every benefits posted is all fake. I'd highly "Never" recommend this job. Girls over here play politics. Stay aware of fake benefits posted on AdWeb or any other companies. Make sure you verify it.

The quality of work is very good and I get to innovate, work on advanced tech handle server-side tasks, and update the website. The management also encourages us to build more skills with regular training programs and certifications. It si nice to learn more about the industry and expand my expertise. lastly being able to work from home when needed is really convenient

At times, we don't have enough resources required for projects

The focus on skills and performance for career advancement is what matters here. If you do well you will grow fast and get promoted. The work process is also important and we can openly share our feedback with the management if there are any issues. I never saw any kind of office politics till now
