Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

....10rs 5day working, but whenever need 6 day shedule follow, with 50Hrs per week. Single Saturday pay with Company off, as per need 12hrs also continue working as per production demand.

I fell grate work in Advics and I say to Abhilekha consultation for giving good opertunity to visit hear and I am working last 2years in Advics I get a lot of things in personal and professional. I personally growth u feel while starting days to strat my Profational carrier I face lot of things like language problem behavior and how think for work and ext......now also I am learning stage so I hope to continue and I got a good leader to reach my goal..... 👌
