Salary scale and increment are much lesser compared to other reputed organisations in the same industry. Also you will have to work with same client projects for the whole career which makes you difficult to switch jobs due to insufficient knowledge. No health benefits to your family. Last but not the least is absence of good HR policies.

Company does not put an effort in Skill development in Employees. I have been working in Fab for like 5 years i have asked for works new softwares but still am getting more work in Fab. Career growth is slow

...alance here. If you look more comfortable place to work you can select Advenser. Salary range may be slightly less if compare with other leading detailing offices. But that's not a problem if you are giving importance to your family life. Also they are giving full freedom to learn new skills and giving lot of opportunities to grow.

Advenser following non terminating policy on low perform staff and instead of focusing them to support and waiting to improve . But it may challenges to leads who are handling these individuals.

Good company to work. Supportive co workers and management. Good work life balance as we can leave after the shift hours unless there is emergency task, which will rarely happen.

Salary and other benefits is not adequate compared to similar reputed organisations.

The company is open to innovation and forms as best platform to learn software , standards etc.. I love the working environment which makes us to work in peace.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. There is no on job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them steo-by-step,which is a pain sometimes.
