The teamleaders had polite nature and work culture was somewhat good
Dislikes
Salary is much less. No overtime was given despite they told us during interview that we'll provide overtime. Work burden is much. U cannot have work life balance as they stretch you for 10-12 hours of work. The company time was 8am-5.30pm but we never logged out before 6-6.30 on normal days and on peak season it extended to from 8am-8.30pm with no overtime. My suggestion is that if u have done Bpharm or Mpharm, don't waste your time here; there is no salary progress for upcoming years. They will only increase your work not salary nd if salary is increased it will be Rs50-750 increase in a year, not more than that.
Overall a good experience here. It's a good organization to start with.

Overall not so bad experience that I have here but mainly people are not so happy with pay here also some of the management people are not so good. However as I mentioned before this is good company to start with. You just need to expect slow growth and less pay.
Work culture is very good for freshers only, all leaders are friendly, work pressure is there but you never feel it due to good management, I don't remember that even single meeting was postponed due to any reason. Company's working culture is really appreciated. Only the problem is their compensation for employee work. Company policies are in favor of employees most of time. If they focused on compensation of current employee then no one leave the company at least till 3years
...secure in pandemic situation also but you work more for this (on weekends also). zero rating for salary increments and extra benefits. They don't have medical insurance of employees and group Mediclaim charges cut from in hand salary which is worst thing (Rather it is optional).
Very bad management. There are not giving over-time pay but asking each employee to work 11 hour a day. Very bad appraisals , very bad carrier , very bad management , you will not learn anything infect you will loose your quality's.
I have enjoyed my work with Advantmed and learnt lot of things. With the support of all higher management and HR
Dislikes
Advantmed should implement incentive structure and should pay good starting from the medium level as they are the ones who would be taking the organisation to the next level.
