Employee will not find any growth in the company, Work is not distributed equally among the team.End of the day, whatever work you do, everything goes in a vain and will not be recognised

Their was full of politics, Team Leaders are not good For fresher's the pay was good No job security they will terminate over the night.training Wich they gave was good ..the only thing which I am satisfied is training.work environment was not that good..finally it's all about politics

The company is open to share views and gives freedom to every employee.

Compensation is not paid for the work done. Employee who works less gets more pay than the employee who works hard for the betterment of the firm. Higher level management is unskilled.

No job security, Will not pay a penny for overtime but want employees to work for 14 hrs, no compensation even after promising , will eat the com-offs, they can remove anytime even if you have been hired for 6 months.

... they don't provide any hike for whole year. Think twice before you step ahead. Incentive are only dream salary was on time but no career opportunities.
