Everything , the politics , thier biased nature , especially management who don't even know how to handle the teams ,and the recent studio manager who has never handled the team before but here she got hired as a studio manager , very first day her approach towards her team was to split the incentive , very bad organization to work with

Basically the training part which conducted by Sanket sir, this the only thing I like when I was working with AHS.

Dislikes

Maintenance of the working area was very bad, even after get warnings from HO still that thing never ever improve

You get to learn a lot from the CEO Mr Sanket Shah. Also, the incentive structure is the best in the sector. If you perform well, you earn equally well.

This is a very subjective answer. Yes, there is pressure to perform well and generate revenue but I guess its everywhere. As long as you show up at work in the right headspace all is good.

The training and learning given to a senior sales consultant .

Dislikes

Unorganised departments . No proper handover or training given to the new person .. You are stranded and clueless as to how to handle things in an organised manner .. Then all the problems are altogether put on the new person . Top of it Insecure senior staff bitching about you to the bosses in the first month of your joining . You start feeling uncomfortable and suffocated working in that kind of atmosphere that mostly people working have no option but to quit in just 3 months time .
