Non sensical policies. No usage of mobile. Unwanted, illogical secrecy policies. HORRIBLE SALARY, HORRIBLE SALARY, HORRIBLE SALARY WITH NO GROWTH. No insurance. No employee benefits. Poorest infrastructure. No compliance to fire safety standards. CHEAP MENTALITY OF MANAGEMENT. INCOMPETENT HOD.

Good work culture and healthy environment. The salary structure is above average.

No facility provided for having food during lunch break. No or fewer training opportunities other than workplace training. Interdepartmental interaction is restricted.

Working environment, lot to learn and would get chance, HR support in all aspect, very polite and caring HR. Only facility wise not good, training for stress relief and management to all employees. Very cool and happy environment.

Facility, no canteen, no transport and no insurance, no good infrastructure.

The deadlines were realistic. Therewas no work stress as such. And since it was a research lab work, there was no worry of "carrying your work at home"

Dislikes

Freedom of research was limited, company has conservative views and expects employees to comply to them. Work was not very challenging
