...e promises. Never ever join this company. Worst manager both on-site and Indian. They will waste your time by giving you good salary on contract but will throw you out without telling any reason. Don't join as contractor or FTE.

Dislikes

No work as they said there it is going to be lots of work and learning experience. Don't fall in trap as they say pilot project, things will start fro scratch. They will assign you documentation work.

Really I have to search to find the reasons for likes. My humble request is not to choose this company for those who aspire for bright career.

1) No Job security. Layoffs been very common. In 2023 Layoffs happened twice. In 2024 aswell Layoffs happened twice, In April and November. HR leader itself was hired and terminated in 4months. 2) Company financials are too bad. Share price is very low. 3) Major business is getting sold off. many stores were closed 4) No consistent topline leadership team. changed twice in last 1year 5) No strong leader at Hyderabad GCC to support and fight for its team. 6) CTC structure is very attractive and impressive. Its a trap. Close to 30 to 35% of it is variable and will never get paid off, due to bad company financials. Just before the variable payoff timeline, they layoff.

Job security is at toss. Every November with Q3 results coming in, there is a norm of layoffs. People stay in constant fear of layoffs Constant change in leadership. Lot of people in the US leave organisation. No proper AOP or product backlog

Company benefits and team members are good.

Dislikes

There is no job security, recently seen layoffs in US and India, this thing won't let it employee feel safe while working, also 4 days in office mandatory there is no flexibility to it employee.
