1. Coo is running interview daily whole the day and marking attendances but no salary. Working as remote. 2. No automation or ai or machine learning work. Only propoganda by ceo and coo husband wife. 3. No manager call. 4. No onsite work. 5. Talking to parents.

Should improve the way of working and should focus on project delivery not not person is spending 9.5 hours in office, also compensate employees of they are working on weekends or late night

...ucus how much you efforts was during the project but will focus what were wrong. 3) Never appreciate but your clients are giving you appreciation 4) If they don't want any employee then they will not give you salary hike just because employee will resign themself. 5) Whole year they will not give you the feedback regarding your work, it will effect directly in the time of increment.

...vent and maneger are partial with local employee they not supportive at joining.time they will offer joining bonus but they not given any task complicated task not completed they deduct the salary not valued the developers effort. Not valued employee . Management are not proper they delayed your documentation. Managers are not skilled any doubt you they not resolved many dirty politics are there manger teach to consultant how to do politics. It's very bad for culture

Well, I am new to organization, I did not face any such issues or any dislikes that have been addressed as of now.
