Manager behavier with employee is rude they think developer is servent and maneger are partial with local employee they not supportive at joining.time they will offer joining bonus but they not given any task complicated task not completed they deduct the salary not valued the developers effort. Not valued employee . Management are not proper they delayed your documentation.
