Job Description
- Understand business context and suggest relevant solutioning.
- Visualize use cases and transform business requirement in clear project scope.
- Customer interaction and solution demo.
- Prepare high level wire frames.
- Prepare proposal (Estimation, tech approach, coordination).
- Assignments and project planning and tracking (Knowledge of Project Management & ProjectWorkspace).
- Quality Assurance.
- Project Status reporting (internal and external).
- Release Management, UAT, demo.
- Change management.
- Act as point of contact for customer to ensure smooth communication during and postproject delivery.
- Responsible for project success, account management and growth.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in the field of Project Management / Business Analysis.
- Proven analytical problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to streamline processes andintegrate / analyze data from various sources.
- Excellent customer interaction skills with experience of a highly customer facing roleincluding managing customers when there are issues, acting with credibility andprofessionalism as well as giving confidence to customers on the actions being taken.
- Certification of MS Project Professional would be a plus.
- Open to Travel.
