Apart from compensation the entire work culture has been toxic. Looks like they believed that once they pay, the employee needs to train himself and perform and did not bother to even provide basic training in aspects of products that they sell. Travelling out to customer sites needed permission and everything was looked in suspicion. The most horrible is reporting. They needed report starting with what happen in the day, week, bi weekly, monthly , quarterly , half yearly and yearly reports was terrifically time consuming and most of the weekends did go for it.

It has been most productive years of my career, I was given enough room to contribute. Company culture has been awesome. You feel valued, and your opinions are given serious thoughts. Great work, great work-life balance, relaxed work environment.

Dislikes

Compensation and growth opportunities are limited. But, If you enter with a good compensation, Then this should not matter to you.

Dislikes

No hikes and promotions No Professional Growth. No Work life Balance. In most of the projects we are working more than 12 hours a day. Team size is very less and 1 person has to take 2 people's work.

I love the fact that I am a part of a company that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Our services team is the team I loved the most till date and will remember for years to come. My team lead by my manager was very cooperative, informative and always ready to share knowledge to each and everyone to acquire skills and fulfill their job requirements. Another important point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Though overall I am very happy with my tenure at Adtran little disappointed the way I was informed about my last working day at my office.
