The work environment here is really amazing and the training support is incredibly valuable for learning new skills and exploring different platforms. Adscholars consistently ensures that all the employees are enjoying their time at work. Whenever any issues arise, Management is always there to stand by us and offer full support. Work balance is very good.

I don't have any dislikes but sometimes the work is little heavy which is manageable.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
