...any can release you at any moment, there is zero job security in this company. Company kept me on bench for three month with pay and then released me. As per the hr the company don't have projects and we don't have much fund to provide salaries. Now I am unemployed and looking for the job opportunities.

Recognition of an employee based on the number of years he dedicated to company, his commitment and performance is often mis judged.

My reporting manager is good and helpful. Advices when required. Also responds to email & calls when required for closing long pending tickets. Good environment to work.

No one cares about what are you going through personally and professionally, only thing they want is results by EOD. No timely hike process and no proper hikes. Painful words which you never forget and sudden u-turns of managers..
