...Its been 3+yrs with this organisation and i am working here now as IT executive. the work environment is really good here and our salary is also paid on time. This company is not for people wwho wants free salary. sorry but i only recommend those people who want to make a good career.

They did not detect the salary unnecessarily, apart from this there was no pressure regarding excess work

Salary was quite late, apart from this, at the time of promotion, the management used to promote those who were known to them.

Starting they behave like a great and professional , after one month they uses bad and abusive language with out any mistake

...and no growth even if you are working for 1 year and no appraisal and promotion. Everybody are working on a same salary even if you have experienced and graduation you will take a same salary even if a person who is 12th passout is getting a same salary.
