...ears, the team leader is very good but the rest of the facility is very useless.I have not had any salary increase in 3 years, I have told the team every time but to no avail. One of the worst companies I have ever seen.

I have worked for 3 years in VI process, my starting salary in hand was 11500 whereas after one year it became 11480 because the monthly charges of headphone were also taken from the employer till 2024.

I worked as a cse for Adroit. learned a lot there. HR and seniors are very cooperative and helpful. QA and TLs are also very supportive.

Salary is very less if we compare with other companies for same profile.

Godd work environment and Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent ...there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling .. company policies

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . Salary is decent but do not understand employees..
