For me it was good time for me. Initially it was unstable time for me but once i settle there every looks perfect. If you have knowledge than on one day everybody accepts you. Talking about company culture, company focus on production. I worked as a quality control manager and because of company's lack of regulatory exposure it was difficult for me to let them understand how quality works.

Dislikes

2 - 3 person owns the company policy, whether it is for production, HR or quality. even though they don't know the single meaning of policy. Policy of company works according to them. In my time, HR was a lady, and everyone was busy in making their own numbers by making owner happy for what owner expect. Overall experience was bit OK OK for me, if someone wants to join then its upto them how they manage their culture.
