...antry Bring your own tiffin box.Although they have microwave which doesn't work. Salary Slip is given after 6 months. They can terminate you while in notice period although it is not written anywhere. Only milk coffee is available from the coffee machine which is worst.

No incentives no increment no pf low salary no cab facilities no medical ...have to struggle to get experience letter payslips revealing letter...to much politics in office

...rtive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...sn’t address our issues. They only want to make distance between colleague's Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a policy that they give offer letter after 6 or 8 months .

Adorit is good company to work but more pressurised company to employees you fresher or experienced in this company, attitude of agent who move to another leave like supervisor he behaves to the junior or to his agent in his team is very disgusting n very bad behaviour on employees, supervisor act on agent like it's his father's company, like he do what ever he want and profanity..
