Recognition was missing. If someone takes the ownership and works, it will not be liked. More Groups and Politics. Personal touch was not there from anyone. Easily people will forget.

Top managers are good. Next to the top level are worst(below head level managers). Not need for the company. Seeking for their individual growth. Never allow people to drive on

Appraisal system is not driven as per the inputs. Always its Ad-hoc like favors gets benefits and some may get Average and rest is worst.

Growth is compromised, irregular & negligible appraisals and incentives, politics and favoritism, people sitting on dragon seats do not let others grow, CEO changes every six months, HR is powerless and not approachable, people are conservative, not customer eccentric.
