Less work and more politics by HR The salary deduction, bus (2000) and canteen fees(1300). Family owned business it's an MNC for name sake The top management especially, HR has Ego issues. Like central jail you have to submit your mobiles and can only access during breaks No job security. Management always thinking to whom to remove next. Can't think of long term here, if you have stayed for more than one year you are on top priority list ( To be sacked) Still if you want to try your luck can surely join.

Not at all a good company to work. If you don't have a job...then only join this company...Please don't left your current job for this company...Otherwise you only regret your decision.

... He decides the leaves. Taking a leave is a crime here. Toxic work culture. Below average salary with poor growth. Notice period is 3 months. In short They want robots not humans.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.
