...ervices process, they don't allow people to grow and filled with toxic politics. *They suck your blood with work but pay you peanuts. *They don't have transperancy and whatever you hear about them on social media is just a hype but the reality is something different. *You have long timers alone in this company as fresh talent or external talent is not given an opportunity to innovate or implement theirs ideas. *They don't value talent when you're in the company and even after leaving, when you come back and apply.
