Pros: - Free Transport with Routematic app - Medical insurance tie up with FHPL, Uited India Insurance - Free health check up only for 35 age group and above. Covered spouse if 35 age group - Free food alternative Monday and Friday - Team lunch according to budject. Most probably half yearly once - Bonus is paid only if company reached highest profits - Shift allowance is paid according to shifts for UK shift it is 2000 per month - Internet expense is refundabld upto 1000 per month

Dislikes

...reimbursement is not digitized. You have to courier all your original documents. - Variable pay is not paid even 50% of shown in offer - Hikes are less than 2% sometimes no hikes - During go-lives you have to extend and support 15 to 16 hours - Worst Casual leaves. You will be entitled with 12 CL's and can be used continuously for 2 days and not more than that. If falls on Monday/Friday then only one day.

It was too good to start as a fresher at ADP.we will have plenty of chances to explore in different areas.I strongly recommend for a fresher it's the best company.

I don't find negatives while I'm working for ADP. The only reason to come out of it is salary.

...re only for men as they can contribute more time even a women is doing the same. Also they make sure your package is so high and no one in the market can hire you and you will be stuck with Adp

...ervices process, they don't allow people to grow and filled with toxic politics. *They suck your blood with work but pay you peanuts. *They don't have transperancy and whatever you hear about them on social media is just a hype but the reality is something different. *You have long timers alone in this company as fresh talent or external talent is not given an opportunity to innovate or implement theirs ideas. *They don't value talent when you're in the company and even after leaving, when you come back and apply. Such is the place, stay away.
