Toxic management is supported, poor cafeteria food & hygiene, no promotions for hard working people (only bootlickers), bad pay hikes to good people, too much internal politics and learning opportunities are less in some teams who deny change of verticals. You will be asked to work OT without the payment and even on weekends

Worst company in terms of salary. Stay here for 10 years, butter managers and you will survive even if you have zero knowledge. They will take people from Customer Service background in core HR team who have zero knowledge. Worst management who don’t know what’s happening in the company and will take random decisions to spoil your career. If you a hard-worker and want to grow this is the worst company for you.

Adp is just like a school Nobody has professionalism. Manager's act like teachers Too much work with very less salary and when we ask for hike they give us in peanuts. I prefer not to work there.

...ave all the control. HR cannot help in anyway if your manager decides not to. 2. Difference in pay and career growth between product development and service delivery teams. 3. Slow growth if you get in service delivery. 4. Old tools and technologies.
