Almost no changes in compensation during KRA reviews a.k.a. appraisals. Tasks are not planned, every now and then there are urgent requirements, customized orders. If you are from a good institute, you are wasting your time at Ador. Individuals well settled in Ador are very troublesome to fast paced, genuinely talented ones.
