There is nothing to like in this organization. Only Slavery.

Dislikes

There is everything to dislike. Very Low salary, Terrible work culture ( just like schools), Slavery, and won't let to leave the organization with no promotions or increment even after completing the bond tenure. If we leave then also they won't provide your letters also, and ask for huge money to get it. Never ever waste your time, better to skill up yourself to get deserving.

This company gave bonus to all employees in the Corona year 2020 when all other companies are doing bad. Very disciplined management with strong business fundamentals .Very kind management loyal to employees since no share holders and no investors . the founders are still a hardworking down to earth engineers.

Dislikes

Needs more training before shifting to other teams. Company gives free break fast ,lunch and dinner and employees are wasting it. Very painful to see the food wastage

Simply waste and working here is ruining carrier IT MANAGERs have no possitive thought they have no backbone to manage the team always complaining teammates to management and it's a way of escapeicm always blames others and do politics

Lots of politics no one will consider you a person and doesn't address the issues

Now we are working from home so not better than office. And some times faced small issues like device and network issues.other wise management cooperation and supporting is good.

Already I'm hold still date due to network and device issues. And I have arrange the other network. Sometimes device is very slowly.please take the solution for this issue.

Lost of politics in management team. No timings and don't care about employees helth and employees humanity. I have a very worst experience in the company. There is a bond of 5 years before which you cannot resign.
