1.Salary and Inncentive delay is main concern . Hr and Finance department not help you in this regards. 2 . Job security is main concern. They hire and fire the employees in 4 months. Fresher Do Not Join this Company for Internship as well as full time Job. You will end up with zero Knowledge 3. False commitment from GM (Sarfaraz Shaikh-Pune) terms of appraisal. 4.GM kept on passing comments about personal life & physical appearance.Also if anybody complains about it they simply throw the Employee out of the system but no action taken against the sarfarz Shaikh as he is very closed to vice president of the company. 5.Micro management in terms of daily tasks and events. 6.Setting unrealistic targets without management’s knowledge. 7.Unethical business practices (sets unclear & false policies).GM himself is playing politics and trying to degrade the existing employees.The process which is been set is not followed by the GM himself and he expects us to follow. 8.Lack of Support from the HR Team: HR only says the things that GM tells them to. Hence there is no support for employees if superiors exploit them.No Support from HR head (Nitin Singh). If we go to him he simply says I can't help you please speak to your manager sarfarz Shaikh. 9.Every 15 days management will change the process and target. 10. Founder's dont even bother to reply on employee's concern. Due to all of this Employee leave the company within a year.

Nothing to good in this company. They hired people's for just only 1 or 2 month's. Also struggle of own your salary which is never come on time.

Dislikes

There is no job security, they hire people's just for 1 or 2 month's. Also they not given salary after completion of month. Every month you have to struggle for you own salary.

Amazing talented bunch of people working where the work culture and environment is amazing. The team works as a family and always on there toes to grow. Lot to learn from the founders. Exposure to client handling and cross functional knowledge transfer makes it the best.

Dislikes

As the company is growing and still a start-up the compensation is a bit less.

Employee-friendly environment with a supportive team culture. Collaborative atmosphere where team members are approachable and willing to assist each other. Hybrid working options. Active engagement from leadership team. Inclusive workplace culture

Dislikes

Some client interactions were challenging and less aligned withg my personal interests. The Tuesday-Sunday work schedule with only Monday as a day off didn't suit my personal preferences, although I was aware of it before joining. The need for a system, like CRM or Business Management softwere, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
