Some client interactions were challenging and less aligned withg my personal interests. The Tuesday-Sunday work schedule with only Monday as a day off didn't suit my personal preferences, although I was aware of it before joining. The need for a system, like CRM or Business Management softwere, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Good company to grow but if it is in correct hand. Learned very much here. Company product unique, innovative and booming in industry. Higher Management and HR are very cooperative and helpful.

Working environment is fully messed up coz of new VP. Unnecessary higher Target is being given to all the employee but there is not support from him. We can't present our thoughts to him, if we do so than he didn't listen to us.

I am employee of this company currently they fire me and many person at various locations without any reasons and didn't given any notice. They follow use and throw formula. I would like to say not to join this company.
