Drive the team towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets through
strategic planning and execution.
Develop and oversee the implementation of innovative sales strategies that
align with company goals and capitalize on market opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in brand teams,
ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Team Direction and Development:
Provide leadership and direction to the team, fostering a culture of high
performance and continuous improvement.
Mentor and develop team members, identifying and nurturing talent within the
organization.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and
competitor strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Brand Representation and Networking:
Represent the company at industry events and forums, enhancing brand
visibility and networking with potential clients and partners.

15-20 years of experience in a leadership role within the TV, print, or digital media

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
industry.
