Compensation is way below that of its peers. Managers are not valued despite spending 12 to 14 hours. Also, whenever manager compensation-related questions come up management simply gives a reply which doesn't justify. There is no work-life balance for managers as we have to handle the India team as well as the US counterparts. We work 12-14 hours daily. Also, most of the time I go to meetings with very little time to learn and upskill. Because of these, it becomes really hard to grow.

Work pressure... Difficult for a working mother to manage as they are very unsupportive. There is no time of working and that makes you available 24/7.. even some work they assign you Saturday Sunday. If they send you some mail at night 11PM then they want you to check your mail at 11pm and work if there is any critical issue. They don't consider you Human beings. Good for people who are workaholic not for people who believe in Work life Balance

Nothing, Adobe is full of Politics

Dislikes

..."Good morning", "Good afternoon", "Good evening", and if possible, "Good night". Remarkably these actions, more than actual job performance, are touted as the key to promotion and a substantial salary increase. It's noteworthy that mastering office politics, engaging in backbiting, and merely being present take precedence over task accomplishment.

Work culture is great. Office facilities and amenities are fantastic - table tennis tables, basketball court, pool table, cricket pitch, gym, doctor in campus, ATM services etc. Free cab facility and free breakfast, lunch, and dinner also provided - the buffet is quite elaborate, hygienic, and tasty. High quality office furniture and pantry on every floor. Laptop and headphones provided at the time of joining. Good diversity and smart colleagues.

A lot of us did not get any salary hikes in 2021 and 2022. Execution of new ideas and adoption to new technology is slow. Management is lethargic in adapting to new market trends and innovation. Approvals take a lot of time which leads to slow implementation and consequentially low business impact.
