Overall experience had been Awesome. Great place to work. Very friendly management and flexible about anything you share. They understand your problem very well and support you. Only problem I am facing is, I fail to understand that why company like Adobe gives Negative feedback to new company that I am working for. Verification check is always negative. If you are employed here in Adobe at third party payroll it will surely be the worst company to work with as they do not care abt the employees and keep on adding the products and asked for the employees to complete the target and they can fire you anytime.Don't ever join this company on third party payroll.

There us nothing good to say. There was a time when adobe used to be a good company but over the time things have be ome worse.

Top leadership is baised. They are targetting the tenured employees and filling in positions from their known colleges from their old company and from their own consultancy firms which Th they are runjning as aside bisnesse.. The director doesnt bother wats happening in india and have left everything to the indian leader. No promotion happens or good appraisal happens, year on year. Hr is aloso baised. Work life balance is there in the Old C++ teams. In cloud teams, except document other teams' work life balance is good

Dislikes

Politics is in every aspect of Adobe(especially Noida office). As the Great Rahul Gandhi, politics is everywhere, even in the pants. Old members who are in the comfort zone and don't want to work hard are going to do almost anything, even licking the boots. So, If you think you are talented and you should be recognised based on quality of work then take a hike.

It's supportive with learning fund etc, you see not so deserving getting in by blessings through favouritism and feel based on pure talent to be safe and secure in current environment

It varies on who you end up working under and with. Their are people who have risen and become very senior management and toxicity drips from each breath of theirs ingesting the entire team, putting entire company fabric shredded and infested Plan running now or repent later

My learning stopped as soon as I joined adobe. All that matters here is domain knowledge, and nobody is good in transferring that knowledge to others. The politics is really high, the long timers always have an advantage here

Adobe has Toxic culture for Finance domain specially for women who has kids. Zero support and they want you to work round the clock. There is no personal life. You have to be available all time with Adobe as there will be cricket, tennis , parties all time going on. Good for Bachelors but difficult for married or women with kid. Too much expectation.

Very toxic culture. Don't even think of joining if you have kid or married women.
