Please dont join here as a temp worker! Contractors are treated very badly here. Even if your work is better than the permanent employee they will least bother about you. No or less hike. You ll feel stressed and overloaded with work. Bttr join any small company with permanent position. NO JOB SECURITY!!!

Partial behaviour with contractors. Work load will be more! No recognition and no hike. You ll not learn anything coz all learning opportunities will be given to permanent workers. Guys join only if u want to risk your learning years.

...eadership team, should first go through stringent assessment before onboarded. Compensation/onboarding process wise, Adobe stands average/poor. Talent acquisition team are in their own universe while speaking with candidates; less experienced about the requirement background and many times convey wrong impression about position. Performance revisions are alway below expectation; no valid reason shared for lower revisions etc. Health insurance package is below standard. I had better experience/facilities in my previous organisation about health/insurance; where they took care of everything. While at Adobe the HR team will connect you to the insurance representative and assume their job is done!

Slow career growth. Lots depend on your team. Like any other company they will hire someone from outside at a higher salary rather then reward a deserving insider.

The Compensation is not corrected adequately if you do internal job transfers. Consulting Services in Adobe is not the best place to be in Adobe. Look for engineering and product development teams.
