Last 2 years cut the salary and man power also short , family and life totally effected, stressfull life.. still I hopeing my company should care for us in future

Very bad management.. no unity of command and direction. Most of the managers don't even know about the basic knowledge about management. Poor decisions are taking without proper planning and feasibility study, then reverse the decision after failure. For eg: self service system.

Dislikes

No any concern about frontline staff NO salary increment for 8 years, but reduce twice. NO promotion or appreciation for skilled and experienced employees NO proper training and development NO uniforms and essential tools provided at time. ( very bad GSD) Company gives extra duties to the acting supervisors who should be a filler and supervisor in same time but no any salary deviation from filler.. no job title change for 6 years!! Any customers can cheat or do the fraudulent activities at service station which the company will not take any responsibility and will put over staff’s head. Overall, never choose this company for your career ( for sales attendants, other departments may be good) which will spoil your life.

Total Salary 2400 No food, No Accomodation , No traveling Allowance 1000+ Expense . Maximum Savings Balance 1100 AED No Salary Increment No Promotion No OT ‘ 8 hour hard work ‘ No Career growth Heathy problem , Mental problem etc… Very bad management..

Obviously work environment is excellent and the Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not fair and the career growth is slow.

When I was working in adnoc i feel proud and happy. Company policy and steps are taken against Covid 19 is adoptable and I appreciate it. Adnoc al ways gives good products and services and also I like adnoc re hiring policy. I would like join again in company if company hiring. Thank you adnoc.

Adnoc salary is stable. It will not increase as longer experience. Managers some time are very rude. Appraisal not on the basis of quality. Freshers and seniors same salary. These are negative for employees in my openion
