When I was working in adnoc i feel proud and happy. Company policy and steps are taken against Covid 19 is adoptable and I appreciate it. Adnoc al ways gives good products and services and also I like adnoc re hiring policy. I would like join again in company if company hiring. Thank you adnoc.

Adnoc salary is stable. It will not increase as longer experience. Managers some time are very rude. Appraisal not on the basis of quality. Freshers and seniors same salary. These are negative for employees in my openion

I worked in adnoc distribution as long as 10years. I feel good workplace. I worked as a cstore attandant. If I get another chance to work in adnoc distribution I will chose it.

No increment when if you work for 10 years.100 drhms increment if you promoted as a store incharge but the sad thing is that,the experience certificate provided by the company is only mentioning the role which you were hired first.

Salary has never been delay even holiday is coming and the staff has never feel discriminated among the locals colleagues all are count and treated as a family.

Dislikes

I don’t have any dislike but I would like to advice to have a strong training experience for the staff for a better costumer experience.
