No increment when if you work for 10 years.100 drhms increment if you promoted as a store incharge but the sad thing is that,the experience certificate provided by the company is only mentioning the role which you were hired first.

Salary has never been delay even holiday is coming and the staff has never feel discriminated among the locals colleagues all are count and treated as a family.
